Juliana F. May splices, blends, and dilutes sections to deconstruct notions of craft and composition, ultimately pruning back a certain level of glossiness. Movement material and spatial structures are developed through a rigorous process of layering and culling units of time and tone. Formal concerns are challenged to convey the necessity of abstraction in communicating the relationship between feeling and form.

With performances by Benjamin Asriel, Madeline Best, Anna Carapetyan, Eleanor Smith, and Maggie Thom. Original music by Chris Seeds and Lighting design by Chloe Z. Brown.
